Open your timesheet to view time recorded against project tasks, business overheads and leave. Time tracking must be enabled for your Drum account.
Open your own timesheet
Select Time in the main navigation.
If a menu opens, select Personal. If you do not have access to staff timesheets, Time opens your own timesheet directly.
Check the name and date range at the top of the page before adding or editing time.
Choose a week and view
Use the previous and next arrows beside the date range to open the week you need.
Select List View to see daily time cells, with tasks grouped by project. Select Calendar View to see entries on a time-of-day grid.
In List View, select a day chip or Day to focus on one day. Select Week, or select the active day chip again, to return to the full week.
Day focus highlights the selected day and filters relevant task rows; pinned rows may remain visible. On narrow screens, the layout may differ.
Switching between List View and Calendar View does not create or change time entries. Use the displayed date range to confirm the week; your account’s week may start on a different day.
In List View, the day summaries show the hours recorded for each day. The weekly summary shows the total across the week. Review these totals after adding or correcting entries.
Open another staff member’s timesheet
Select Time → Staff.
Choose the required week. Use the team filter if available.
Select the staff member’s name to open their timesheet.
Check the staff member’s name and the date range before making any changes.
The Staff option and the people listed depend on your permissions. Access may cover your team, your direct reports or all staff. Being able to view a timesheet does not necessarily give you permission to edit locked entries or approve it.
If you cannot find a timesheet
Check the selected week and any team filter. If Time, Staff or the required person is unavailable, ask your Drum administrator to check time tracking and your access permissions.

Pin a task you use regularly
In List View, add the task to your timesheet, then select its pin icon. A pinned task remains available when you change weeks. Select the pin again to unpin it.
Search within your timesheet
Use the timesheet search to find matching projects, deliverables, tasks or time-entry descriptions. While a search is active, displayed totals can reflect the matching entries. Clear the search before checking your complete weekly total.
Record non-project time
Use the leave or business-overhead section for work that does not belong to a project. Expand the appropriate section and use its day cell to add an entry. Available categories depend on your account configuration and permissions.
