Install Drum from Safari so you can open it from your iPhone Home Screen. You’ll need an internet connection and your Drum sign-in details.
Open Drum in Safari
On your iPhone, open Safari and go to app.getdrum.com.
Sign in to your Drum account. Complete two-factor authentication if prompted.
Add Drum to your Home Screen
Tap Share (the square with an upward arrow). If it isn’t visible in the toolbar, open Safari’s page menu beside the address bar, then tap Share.
In the Share sheet, tap View More if needed, then scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
Choose Add to Home Screen from the expanded Share sheet.
Confirm the web app settings
Keep the name Drum, or enter the name you want beneath the icon.
Make sure Open as Web App is switched on.
Tap Add in the top-right corner.
Check that Open as Web App is on before tapping Add.
Open Drum from your Home Screen
Return to your iPhone Home Screen and tap Drum (or the name you chose). Check that Drum opens without Safari’s address bar to confirm the installation worked.
Next, see How to Access the Timesheet.
If Add to Home Screen is missing
Scroll to the bottom of the Share sheet, tap Edit Actions, then add Add to Home Screen. Safari’s controls can vary by tab layout and iOS version; see Apple’s guide to adding a website as a web app if your screen looks different.
