Question

Answer

What does it affect?

Staff time logged against tasks inside that deliverable.

Does it affect other deliverables?

No. Every other deliverable keeps using the project default (or its own assigned rate card).

Does it change the project default?

No. The project's default rate card is untouched.

How do I identify a custom rate card?

The rate card's name appears next to the deliverable's name.

Does it change past time?

No. Time already logged and billed keeps its original rate.

Can I remove it?

Yes. Removing it resets the deliverable to the project default rate card.

What happens going forward?

New time logged against the deliverable uses its assigned rate card.

What if I don't have the option?

Check your permissions, or check with your Drum administrator.
