The team associated with the project. No Assigned Team leaves it without a team.

The rate card used for the project’s rates. The account’s default card is shown when available.

Custom Fields

Additional fields configured for your account, such as a purchase order number or contract requirements.

Claim settings

Field

Options and effect

Progress Claim Mode

By Deliverable (Default) or By Task. Determines the level at which progress claims are prepared. This configuration cannot be changed after claims have been created.

Include in EOM auto-claim run

Follow account setting, Include this project or Exclude this project. Controls the project’s inclusion in automatic end-of-month claiming. The form displays the account default beneath this field.

Project run day override

An optional day of the month, from 1 to 31, used instead of the account’s run schedule. Leave blank to follow the account schedule. This is a scheduling setting; project inclusion is controlled separately.

The automatic-claim fields appear when that feature is enabled for the account.

Contacts and addresses

Project Contacts and Project Addresses associate contact and address records with this project. They can be added during creation or managed afterwards.

Templates and the starting budget

A selected project template provides a starting structure that can include deliverables and tasks. Creating a project without a template means your team needs to build the required structure.

Initial template selection is different from replacing a template on an existing project. Review the warning shown by Drum before changing a template after work has been set up.
