Key Steps

  1. Locate Your Unique Drum Email Address: Click on the copy icon to the right of the "Project Email" label on any project or opportunity to copy the email address.

  2. Add Project Number: When composing an email, remember to add the project number in square brackets to the subject line.

  3. CC, BCC or Send Directly To Your Drum Inbox: Drum can receive your emails via any of these methods.

  4. Save Drum Inbox as Contact: To simplify your internal workflows, add the Drum email address to your email client contacts and name it "Drum Inbox" for easy access.

  5. Incorrect Project Number or Missing Square Brackets? No Worries! Drum will simply reply to your email letting you know that it couldn't find a project to allocate your email to. Simply fix the formatting issue and try again.

Cautionary Notes

  • Make sure to follow the formatting guidelines by including the project number in square brackets in the subject line.

  • Double-check that the email is being CC'd to the Drum inbox to ensure it is captured in the correct location.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Save time by adding the Drum email address as a contact in your email client for quick access.

  • Utilize the project number in square brackets in the subject line for accurate email capture without any errors.

  • Share feedback with the Drum team for continuous improvement of features and functionality!
