On projects that use progress claims, the Work tab shows Budget, Contract and Invoiced amounts as coloured pills beside deliverables and tasks. The Invoiced pill uses a different colour scale from Budget and Contract, so a high claim ratio does not look like overspending.
How Invoiced colours work on progress claim projects
Invoiced colour is based on claimed amount divided by the effective contract value for that deliverable or task:
Grey: nothing claimed yet (including $0).
Orange: some of the contract value has been claimed, but not all of it.
Green: 100% claimed (claimed amount equals the effective contract value).
Red: overclaimed (claimed amount is higher than the effective contract value).
Turn on the Invoiced view on the Work tab to see these pills. Fully claimed work reads green so you can scan for items that still need claiming, without treating a high claim percentage as a budget problem.
What stays the same
Budget and Contract pills keep their existing colours. On projects that do not use progress claims, Invoiced colouring is unchanged as well.
